URBANFLOODS Second Meeting in RIJEKA, Croatia<\/b><\/p>

Within the URBANFLOODS <\/b>project, 8\u20139. In April 2025, the second meeting of project partners was held in Rijeka (Croatia). The meeting was attended by eleven organizations from eight countries from the Adriatic-Ionian region.<\/p>

The main objectives of the meeting were the recapitulation of the implemented and the organization of the implementation of future activities within the project. Accordingly, each of the partner participants at the meeting presented the river course that was chosen as a pilot site where the solutions produced within the project will be applied, with the aim of improving flood prevention and protection. Also, the representatives of each of the participating countries presented the national legislative framework in the field of flood management, which will serve as the basis for the development of joint recommendations for improving the area of flood prevention and protection in the Adriatic-Ionian region.<\/p>

During the visit to the city of Rijeka, representatives of the project partners had the opportunity to visit the source of the river Rje\u010dina, which was chosen as a pilot site in Croatia, as one of the participating countries in the URBANFLOODS project.<\/p>

At the end of the meeting, further steps for implementation were agreed, in order to ensure that the defined activities and goals within the URBANFLOODS project are implemented and achieved within the given time and quality frameworks.<\/p>

The URBANFLOODS project is co-financed under the IPA ADRION First Call for Proposals, within the 2021\u20132027 programming period. It supports a greener and more climate-resilient Adriatic-Ionian region through climate change adaptation and disaster risk prevention, using ecosystem-based approaches.<\/p>

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit URBANFLOODS<\/b>, 8\u20139. N\u00eb prill 2025, takimi i dyt\u00eb i partner\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit u mbajt n\u00eb Rijeka (Kroaci). N\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb organizata nga tet\u00eb vende nga rajoni Adriatiko-Jonian.<\/p>

Objektivat kryesore t\u00eb takimit ishin p\u00ebrmbledhja e aktiviteteve t\u00eb zbatuara dhe organizimi i zbatimit t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb ardhshme brenda projektit. Prandaj, secili prej partner\u00ebve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb takim prezantoi rrjedh\u00ebn e lumit q\u00eb u zgjodh si vend pilot ku do t\u00eb aplikohen zgjidhjet e prodhuara brenda projektit, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e parandalimit dhe mbrojtjes nga p\u00ebrmbytjet. Gjithashtu, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e secilit prej vendeve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse prezantuan korniz\u00ebn legjislative komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e menaxhimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytjeve, e cila do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e rekomandimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e fush\u00ebs s\u00eb parandalimit dhe mbrojtjes nga p\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb rajonin Adriatiko-Jonian.<\/p>

Gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs n\u00eb qytetin e Rijek\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e partner\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb burimin e lumit Rje\u010dina, i cili u zgjodh si vend pilot n\u00eb Kroaci, si nj\u00eb nga vendet pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb projektin URBANFLOODS.<\/p>

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb takimit, u ra dakord p\u00ebr hapat e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr zbatim, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb sigurohet q\u00eb aktivitetet dhe q\u00ebllimet e p\u00ebrcaktuara brenda projektit URBANFLOODS t\u00eb zbatohen dhe arrihen brenda koh\u00ebs dhe kornizave t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb caktuar.<\/p>

Projekti URBANFLOODS bashk\u00ebfinancohet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Thirrjes s\u00eb Par\u00eb p\u00ebr Propozime IPA ADRION, brenda periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb programimit 2021\u20132027. Ai mb\u00ebshtet nj\u00eb rajon Adriatiko-Jonian m\u00eb t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb rezistent ndaj klim\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrshtatjes ndaj ndryshimeve klimatike dhe parandalimit t\u00eb rrezikut nga fatkeq\u00ebsit\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrdorur qasje t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb ekosistem.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
